- Design. Before anything else, you’ve got to know the main design and layout. We will get the drawings ready for the next phase.
- Permit. Permitting from the city or county is done by presenting the plans to them, attaching (our) license to build it and getting approval.
- Fund. Funding mainly comes from you, though we do know a few folks in town that can help you if need be.
- Build. We will build your sunroom as fast as weather, light and permitting/inspection allow.
- Pay. After completion, you will do a final inspection and they pay the remaining due.
It’s that simple. We hold your hand the whole way and smooth out all the bumps along the way to make it as painless a process as possible.
